A Unique Business Model

OTOYA MH SAC combines three key areas of expertise:

1. Construction of road infrastructure, specializing in micropavement for major highway concessions.

2. Production of asphalt emulsions, serving top construction firms across Peru.

3. Rental of specialized micropavement equipment, primarily for their emulsion customers.

This integrated approach allows them to produce the emulsion, apply it with their own crews, and rent out the right equipment—a closed loop that ensures quality, efficiency, and control at every stage.

Fleet of Macropaver 12B Units

In 2020, OTOYA acquired its first Macropaver 12B to complete a job in Chulucanas, Piura. Impressed by the machine’s capabilities, they’ve since expanded their fleet to seven Macropaver 12Bs.

Why Macropaver? The electrohydraulic system allows precise control over mix dosage, resulting in uniform, efficient, and high-quality applications.

Project Highlight: Chilete–Cajamarca Highway

A recent high-profile project was the rehabilitation of the Chilete–Cajamarca road for the concessionaire SAOPSE. Three Macropaver units were deployed for this job, and OTOYA also handled aggregate production—ensuring complete oversight of material quality and workflow timing.
